Carnoy Milton is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building that has been refaced with red brick and grey headers in the 18th century, although the timber framing remains visible on the north wall. It features a tiled roof and casement windows, along with a gabled porch. The building stands two storeys high with an attic and has four windows, including three gabled dormers.
