Nos 16 and 17 Church Hill is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features four windows. The exterior is faced with flints and has red brick dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice. The windows are casement style. The roof of No. 16 is slate, while No. 17 has a tiled roof.
