Description

The Parish Church of St Bartholomew is a Grade I listed building located on South Street in Rogate. It features a chancel with north and south chapels, a nave with aisles, a north porch, and a west tower topped with a shingled bell-turret and a hipped roof, along with a vestry to the south. The church is largely from the 13th century and underwent restoration in 1875, designed by architect J W Penfold. The tower is constructed with massive timber framing that supports the bell-turret.
