Description

Duncton Cottage is an 18th-century cottage situated on the High Street in Duncton. It is a two-storey building with three windows. The exterior is faced with malmstone, cut to resemble bricks, with red brick dressings. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are present, and a wooden gabled porch is set sideways to the road, with the entrance located on the north side. This porch features a Chinese Chippendale handrail.
