Description

Old Stack Cottage is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed cottage featuring painted stone infilling, with the southernmost window-bay added in stone rubble. The cottage has a tiled roof and casement windows. At the north end, there is a massive painted stone chimney breast with a brick stack above it. The cottage includes a 19th century gabled porch and is two storeys high with three windows.
