Description

This cottage, located about 15 metres north-west of Higher Tor Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble and features a slated roof. The building has a single-depth plan and stands two storeys tall. There is a doorway on the left side of the ground floor and a casement window on the right side of the second storey. The cottage is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
