Description

Sunnyside, located on Kingscourt Lane in Rodborough, is a 17th-century building constructed of coursed rubble with a pitched stone roof. It rises three storeys and features a gable with an oval window. The building includes 2- and 3-light stone mullion windows, each adorned with dripmoulds. Notably, the two windows on the first floor have a continuous dripmould. Sunnyside, along with Nos 45 to 49 (odd) and Nos 55 and 57, forms a group of buildings of architectural significance.
