Description

21 and 23 Parliament Street are two adjoining buildings dating from the 17th to 18th century. They are constructed of coursed rubble and feature a modern pitched roof. The buildings stand two storeys high with attics and have five ranges of mullioned windows, each with hoodmoulds. There are also two planked doors on the facade.
