Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building on the east side of Bannawell Street. It is a two-storey structure built of colour-washed rubble, with a slate roof featuring a dormer. The front facade has two sash windows, one of which is blank, with the original gluing bars still in place. The ground floor windows have cambered architraves, and the doorcase is topped with a cambered fanlight. The building is included on the list for its group value.
