Description

The direction post at Five Wychers Crossroads is an early 19th-century granite structure. It has a square-section post with a shaped top. On the east face, it is carved with "TO BOVEY," although the first letter is defaced. The south face features the carving "TO WIDDICOMBE," along with a direction arrow and the word "HAYTOR" beneath it. The north face displays the carving "TO MANATON AND LUSTLEIGH." This post is located at the apex of a road junction.
