Description

The King's Arms Hotel, located at 93 Fore Street, was built in 1775. It is a three-storey building rendered in stucco, with two projecting bays on the upper floors. These bays were originally rounded, but have since been altered to have splayed sides, and contain sash windows with glazing bars. A decorative wooden eaves cornice follows the original line of these bays. The central entrance is framed by slender, fluted Ionic columns. The building forms a group with numbers 75 to 109 (odd) and number 115.
