Description
The railings to two adjoining enclosures, located immediately north and west of the Church of St Peter, date from the late 19th century and are made of cast iron. Both enclosures are rectangular in shape. The larger enclosure features iron railings mounted on a granite plinth, with the shafts topped by spear finials and scrolls at the base. Columnar shafts with more elaborate vase-shaped finials are positioned at the corners and divide the sides into bays. The smaller enclosure has shafts with flatter finials, while the corners and the center of each side have thicker shafts topped with tulip-shaped finials.
