Description
The lychgate south of the Church of St Peter is a late 19th-century structure made of timber, featuring a slate roof adorned with crested ridge tiles and gable ends. At each end, timber posts with curved struts, which are convex at the base and concave towards the roof, support the slate roof. The lychgate also includes a pair of timber gates that have iron shafts above the middle rail. This structure holds group value with the Church of St Peter.
