Description
Crossmead Villas is a row of three stucco houses built around 1820, situated at right angles to Dunsford Road. The houses have two window frontages, two storeys, and a semi-basement that forms the base for ground-floor verandahs. The verandahs are supported by cast iron and have cast iron balustrades. The roofs are slate, with wide eaves. Side doorways have steps and porches; one porch features a Greek key-pattern design. Crossmead Villas and its lodge form a group.
