Exe House is a two-storey stucco house built around 1820-1830, located on Larkbeare Road. It features wide eaves supported by brackets and has a three-window front that overlooks the River Exe, complete with a trellis verandah. The house is adorned with sash windows that have glazing bars and is topped with a hipped slate roof.
