Description
This is a 17th-century or earlier building on Dawlish Road, Alphington. It is likely constructed with a timber frame and has been roughcast. The building is two storeys high, featuring sash windows with glazing bars. A projecting two-storey porch extends from the front, with a room above it. The porch is slightly jettied on its sides, indicating underlying timber construction. It has a thatched roof.
