Description

Bourne Cottage is a small, two-storey cob cottage, originally known as Castle Dairy. It dates to an unknown period and sits at a right angle to the road. The cottage has a thatched roof and has been modernised. The front features two renewed casement windows on each floor. A small, peaked porch, likely modern, stands at the front, and there is a two-storey extension to the east. Bourne Cottage forms a group with Nos. 23 Harvest Cottage and 24 Old Orchard.
