Description

Rosehill is a former building known as Steps, dating from around 1840. It is a two-storey structure with a stucco facade and a gable end slate roof. The roof features elaborate shaped bargeboards with finials and projecting boxed bracketed eaves, along with octagonal chimneys. The front of the building is flanked by rusticated pilaster strips. The original casement windows have been replaced by sash windows with glazing bars, which are topped with drip moulds. A tent roof porch supported by chamfered columns adds to the entrance. Rosehill, along with Nos 15 and 16, forms a group.
