Colour-washed local stone and flint rubble; stone rubble stack topped with plastered C20 brick; thatch roof. The cottage is 2 storeys with secondary lean-to outshots on the left end and to rear. Exterior: 2-window front of C20 casements with glazing bars. The roof is gable- ended to right and hipped to left. The entrance in the left end contains a C20 door behind a porch incorporated in the outshot that end.
