Description

This outbuilding, located to the southeast of Great Lypiatt Farmhouse, is dated 1649 at the south end. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a Bridgwater tile roof that is half-hipped to the south and coped to the north. The north end shows flush quoins and cornerstones in the center, indicating that it is a later addition. There is no clear evidence of an early date at the south end. The building has various altered openings, including a 2-light ovolo-moulded window on the west side of the north end and a bead-moulded opening above it. This outbuilding is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
