Description

This is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 12 metres south-south-east of the chancel of the Church of St. Mary. It dates from the later 18th century and is made of ashlar stone. The tomb features two oval panels on the north side, each adorned with a cherub head in the centre above a floral drop. The south side has two fielded panels. The corners of the tomb are designed with balusters, and it has a moulded base and capstone.
