Description

No. 8 George Lane is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed of flint with brick quoins on a stone base and features a thatched roof. On the first floor, there are two leaded casement windows and a central panel. The ground floor has two small angular bay windows with small-paned sash windows, along with a central six-panel flush door that is topped by a small flat hood supported on cut brackets. Nos. 1 to 8 George Lane form a group with No. 20 Salisbury Road.
