Description
Cadbury Court Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with limestone dressings, and has a double Roman tiled roof with raised coped verges, kneelers, and ridge and gable stacks. The building is arranged in an L-shape with two bays to the left projecting slightly. The front has four windows, with a two-light and a three-light casement window at ground and first floor on the left side, featuring chamfered mullions and relieving arches at ground floor level. To the right of the entrance is a half-glazed door, topped with a triangular hood and bargeboards, next to a matching casement window. The first floor has two two-light casement windows, and there is a two-light gabled dormer with bargeboards. The right-hand return has a large external stack, while the left-hand return has a three-light casement with a relieving arch at ground and first floor, and a two-light casement at attic level. A lower, two-story rear wing has a hipped roof and two two-light casement windows at first floor level. There are two lean-to additions in the angle, each containing a door. The rear of the property and the interior have not been inspected.
