Description

No 31 on Glyde Path Road is a late 18th-century building featuring stucco exterior and a hipped slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and has three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars set in moulded flush frames, with the central windows having segment-headed sashes. The entrance consists of a half-glazed door situated under a gabled hood supported by cut brackets. This property, along with Nos 31 to 35 and Nos 21 to 24, forms a group with No 19 Colliton Street.
