Description

The Rectory is a detached house with origins in the 17th century, significantly extended and altered in the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. It is constructed of colourwashed brick with a tiled roof and brick stacks. The house is two storeys high with attics. The south-west elevation has three bays, featuring three-light casement windows with horizontal glazing bars; the upper floor window on the right is a replacement. A central door is sheltered by a lattice porch.

Internal features include some reset fielded panelling of two heights, and a staircase with square newel posts, turned balusters, moulded handrails, and scrolled step spandrels.
