(Formerly listed as Slaters Yard, WEST OF WEST BAY ROAD AND NORTH OF THE HARBOUR)

II C18 or C19. Hammer dressed stone with some blue lias. Half-hipped corrugated iron roof. 2 storeys. 3 ranges of casements with glazing bars. Segmental arch in centre of ground floor, once closed by a door. North elevation has 3 ranges of slit windows (1 on ground floor altered) and blocked segmental arch. 1 storey lean-to extension with blocking courses to gable ends on east side.
