Description

No. 17 Well Lane is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. It has a slate gabled roof with ashlar stacks that have capping. The front is made of ashlar stone, and the windows are four panes wide set in reveals. The entrance consists of a four-panelled door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. The south-east front is constructed of stone rubble and includes a sash window with glazing bars in the center above, as well as another sash window in the gable end. Additionally, there are two-light casement windows with small panes elsewhere on the building. The property also features a wooden boarded door within a frame, adorned with a lion-headed knocker.
