Description

The Red Lion is a public house, likely dating from around 1830. It is constructed of coursed, squared rubble with a hipped slate roof, and features brick stacks at the ends and partway along the ridge. The building is symmetrical with four bays. The ground floor has three-light sash windows, while the upper floor has single-light 16-pane sashes, all set within stone architraves. A pair of panelled doors is situated at the front, topped with a flat hood supported on scrolled brackets.
