Description

Woolcotes is a house, probably built in the early 18th century. It features rubble walls and a gable-ended tiled roof, with stone gable-coping on the left side. There are brick stacks on the left and near the center of the building. The house is two storeys high and has a four-window range, with casement windows that include horizontal glazing bars. A 20th-century porch has been added to the front.
