Description
Langbourne House is an 18th-century house with a main facade dating from around 1840. It is constructed of brick, rubble, and render, topped with a hipped tiled roof that features brick stacks at the rear or on the ridge. The main facade is symmetrical, consisting of two storeys and three bays, with 12-pane sash windows. A central flat porch supported by Tuscan columns adds to its architectural appeal. The building is crowned by a parapet that rises above a moulded cornice.
