Description

White House Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone walls with a slate roof featuring stone gable-copings. Brick stacks are positioned at each gable. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three windows, each with a three-light wooden casement and two horizontal glazing-bars, set within stone arch-voussoirs. A central front door has flush panels with two top lights, and is protected by a bracketed wooden canopy with a dentil cornice. The attached ranges are not part of the listed building.
