Description
Ivy Dean is an 18th-century cottage located in Tredavoe. It is constructed of painted rubble and features a steep roof with gable ends, covered with new slates. The cottage has two storeys and two small sash windows with glazing bars. The first-floor windows are set through the eaves and have gabled heads. A central doorway is adorned with a gabled wooden porch. This building is included for its group value, as it contributes to the character of the small village group in Tredavoe.
