Description

The parish boundary stone, dating from the early 19th century, is located between the original Chacewater and Gwennap parishes. This granite monolith is roughly hewn and features the number 54 inscribed on it. It serves to mark the parish boundary as well as the mineral rights of local landowners. This stone is part of a series of 35 similar stones.
