Description
The Gloucestershire Regiment Memorial is a war memorial located on Queen's Road in Clifton, Bristol. It was created in 1905 by Onslow Whiting and is made of granite and bronze. The memorial features a rock-faced plinth topped with a figure of a soldier holding a rifle. It was unveiled by Earl Roberts in 1905 to commemorate those who served in the South African War.
