Description
The monument to Admiral Puget is located in the churchyard to the north of All Saints' Church in Woolley. This Grade II listed chest tomb commemorates Admiral Puget, who died in 1822. It is made of sandstone ashlar and features a plain chest design with patterned sides and corner pilasters. The tomb has a moulded plinth and a pitched top. Admiral Puget is notable for having given his name to Puget Sound.
