Description
The Mill House is a building of group value, constructed in three sections. The central portion dates to the 17th century, while the north and south sections were added in the 19th century. Originally, the north and central sections served as the mill house, with the south section later incorporated as cottages. The central portion is two storeys high and features stone on the ground floor and tile hanging above. It has a tiled roof and casement windows. A doorway is topped by a flat hood supported by brackets. The north section, built in the 19th century, is red brick and has a higher elevation, containing a single window. The 19th-century south section is also red brick and is one storey high with an attic, featuring gabled dormers.
