Description
South Cottage and Hapstead Farmhouse is a single building, likely dating from the 17th century or earlier. The ground floor is refaced with ashlar, while the upper part is tile-hung. It features a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof with a gable at the south end. The building has casement windows with latticed diamond-shaped panes and consists of two storeys plus an attic in the gable, with a total of five windows.
