Description

Malt House Cottage is an 18th-century building located on the south side of Lower Street in Pulborough. It stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The cottage is constructed of red brick and has a modillion cornice and a parapet. Pilasters are positioned on either side of the front. The central window bay projects beneath a steeply pointed pediment, which is topped with a lunette panel in the tympanum. The windows are casement style, and there is a modern gabled porch added to the structure.
