Description

Broxbury is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features four windows. The structure is primarily made of stone rubble, with the easternmost window-bay constructed of red brick. It has half-hipped gables at both ends of the front and is topped with a tiled roof. The windows are casement style, and there is a doorway that has a flat hood above it.
