This is a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed building with plaster infilling, partially refaced with brick and now painted. The roof is tiled. It features casement windows, with two small 19th-century shop windows retaining their glazing bars. The building is two storeys high and has five windows. The building known as Ham Cottage is not of group value.
