Possession House Farmhouse is a 16th century E-shaped timber-framed building located on Possession House Lane in Itchingfield. The structure features red brick infilling and tile-hanging on the first floor, with gables on the projections and an additional gable on the east front. It has a tiled roof and includes a mix of casement windows and sash windows with glazing bars. The farmhouse is two storeys tall with an attic in one gable and has three windows.
