Sayers Farmhouse is an 18th-century building located on the Two Mile Ash Road, near Christ’s Hospital. It is a two-storey structure originally with three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with grey headers, while the upper floor is faced with weatherboarding. The roof is hipped and covered with Horsham slabs. Casement windows are present.
