Dennis Marcus Farmhouse is a long 18th century building located on Gay Street Lane in West Chiltington. It is constructed of coursed stone, with some red brick and tile-hanging at the south end, and features a tiled roof. The farmhouse has casement windows and a doorway that is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. The building has two storeys and contains five windows.
