Description

Brook House was built in 1743 and is a two-storey building. The original part of the house features three windows, constructed with grey headers, dressings, quoins, a modillion eaves cornice, and vertical strips of red brick. The central window bay projects and includes a round-headed window on the first floor with a pediment above. The glazing bars are intact. The doorway is adorned with pilasters, a projecting cornice, a low rectangular fanlight, and a door made up of six moulded panels. An addition to the south includes one window bay in red brick.
