Little Flitchings is a cottage dating from the 17th century or earlier. It is built with a timber frame, with plaster and painted brick infilling between the timbers. The roof is tiled. It has casement windows and is two storeys high, with two windows visible from the front. A ground floor addition has been constructed on the north side.
