North Mundham Post Office and Nurse's Cottage is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It features four windows and one window space, constructed from red brick with a modillion eaves cornice and a tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact. The Nurse's Cottage includes a doorway topped with a pediment-shaped hood and a door made up of six fielded panels.
