This is an 18th-century house, formerly known as Valentines Cottage. It is two storeys high and has three windows. The house is constructed of red brick and features a modillion eaves cornice, along with a tiled roof. It has casement windows. A 20th-century extension of one storey has been added to the rear of the right-hand side of the building.
