Description

Newell House is a tall 18th-century house located on Hambrook Hill in Southbourne. It has two storeys and features two windows. The exterior is tile-hung and includes a modillion eaves cornice, with a tiled roof above. The glazing bars are intact. The entrance has a doorway with pilasters and a projecting cornice. There is a later addition to the west side of the house made of red brick.
