Description

Balsam's Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features four windows. The exterior is constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers. It has a modillion eaves cornice and a hipped tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact, although there is a modern porch added to the front.
