Description
The Manor House is an early 17th-century house that was altered in the 18th century. It features a shaped Dutch gable end on the north side, which is flanked by red brick pilasters and has a blocked attic window in the gable. The main east front dates from the 18th century and consists of two storeys with three windows. The building is constructed of stone rubble with red brick dressings, quoins, and has a modillion cornice above the ground floor and an eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the glazing bars are intact. There is a round-headed window in the center of the first floor, and the doorway is adorned with pilasters, a pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight. A modern wing has been added to the rear of the house.
